A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME.
I’m currently a professor of physical therapy at the University of Findlay, a clinician at Northwest Ohio Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, and the director of the summer speed camp. I am also a board-certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NCSA) and a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS).
Although I work with people of all ages and abilities, my current focus is on youth athletic development—concentrating on developing foundational motor skills using integrated neuromuscular training (e.g., plyometrics, speed, agility, and resistance training) to enhance physical fitness, psychological well-being, and sports performance.
I’ve primarily lived in the Findlay community since I was an undergraduate student athlete (Go Oilers football) at UF from 1998-2002. I’ve become more entrenched in Liberty Benton athletics the past 5 years as my four kids started playing multiple LB youth sports. Integrating my professional knowledge and personal experience gives me the opportunity to train local youth athletes.
